Is this volunteering?

This is a travel and cultural-exchange experience. There is no volunteer-work requirement.
You are coming to travel, participate, meet people and exchange experiences.
Is this a retreat?

No.
There may be yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling and wellness activities, but this is primarily a Sri Lankan travel experience.
Do I have to teach?

No.
Sharing something is encouraged but completely optional.
Do I need professional qualifications?

No.
If you choose to share something, you should simply be comfortable enough with it to create a safe and enjoyable introductory experience.
What could I share?

Almost anything you genuinely enjoy. Examples include:

Who are the Sri Lankan participants?

Mainly Sri Lankan university students and recent graduates.
